Office Manager – Venture Capital Fund (Replacement for Maternity Leave)

Job Description:

  • Serve as the point person for mailing, shopping, supplies, maintenance, equipment, bills & errands.
  • Organize & schedule meetings (including Board Meetings & multi participants meetings)
  • Organize office operations & procedures
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, accounting department, CFO, investors, governmental entities & banks.
  • Provide general support to visitors  
  • Working under the Managing Partners & and the Management Team of the Incubator.

Requirements:

  • Proven Office Management, administrative or assistant experience – mandatory
  • Proficiency in MS Office – mandatory
  • Hebrew & English – mother tongue language
  • Knowledge of office management systems & procedures
  • Excellent time management skills & ability to multi – task and prioritize work, Team player
  • Attention to detail & problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational & planning skills
